Master Chef Promotions Launches 2026 Awards Campaign in Birmingham

Master Chef Promotions has officially launched its 2026 hospitality awards campaign, setting the stage for what organisers describe as one of the biggest celebrations of the food and hospitality industry in the United Kingdom. The press launch took place at Badshah Palace, Birmingham, where industry leaders, restaurateurs, entrepreneurs, sponsors and community representatives gathered to mark the opening of nominations for the forthcoming awards season.

The main awards ceremony is scheduled to hold on Sunday, 22 November 2026, at The New Bingley Hall, Hockley, Birmingham. The event is expected to attract hundreds of guests from across the UK, including representatives from restaurants, takeaways, catering companies, hotels and hospitality organisations.

Speaking at the launch, Nawaz Ali said the organisation is committed to expanding the reach and impact of the awards platform in 2026.

“Following the success of last year’s event, nominations are now officially open for the 2026 edition. We are hoping to see more nominations, stronger public participation and an even bigger celebration of excellence within the hospitality industry,” he said.

The awards campaign will include public nominations, online voting and a judging process before finalists and winners are announced later in the year. Categories unveiled during the launch include Restaurant of the Year across various UK regions, Caterer of the Year, Hotel of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, Banqueting Hall of the Year and Lifetime Achievement Award.

According to organisers, the awards platform aims not only to celebrate success but also to provide visibility and encouragement for businesses and individuals contributing to the growth of the hospitality sector.

President, Chairman and CEO Professor Dr Rois Ali described the initiative as a longstanding platform for recognising excellence and community impact.

“These awards are not only a celebration of success, but also a platform to inspire excellence, encourage growth and recognise establishments that continue to serve our communities every day,” he stated.

Project Manager Mohammed Amir Miah added that the 2026 edition will feature stronger structure, wider public engagement and increased media visibility.

Media and operational enquiries are also being coordinated by Ahmad Ali and SM Khalique Uddin as preparations continue for the national awards ceremony later this year.
